The Regulatory Portfolio Delivery Organization (RPDO) supports large program portfolios, which spans the entire Enterprise meaning that programs have the potential to impact every IT, Business Unit, and Non-Integrated Business Area. This role will support Lean Portfolio Management functions with overall responsibilities related to day to day financial, governance, and coordination management activities to support all program/project within our partner portfolios in accordance with Agile principles.
This position will play a pivotal role in the Regulatory Portfolio and provide unique opportunities to gain exposure to financial management, project delivery, and prioritization of scope across our partner Portfolios. It will provide depth and breadth of experience in the following competencies: collaboration, dealing with ambiguity, managing complexity and conflict, organizational agility, managing vision and purpose, and developing talent.
Additionally, the role will offer exposure to Executive Leadership across our Business and IT stakeholders within Legal and Compliance, Enterprise Solutions IT Group, as well as our partnering Business and IT delivery areas.
Individuals in this role will work closely with Enterprise Project Managers (EPM), Business Project Managers (BPM), Operational Readiness Leads, Business Analysts, and Business Process Engineers to ensure overall portfolio/program governance, portfolio management, and project delivery.

Regulatory Lean Portfolio Manager / IT Project Management Senior Advisor
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Augments delivery group relationship management & collaboration to reinforce open communication channels to negotiate directional delivery and financial considerations
Enables dynamic funding allocation & oversight to drive profitability and corporate accountability via Portfolio Level Financial Change Controls
Aids in financially aligning each client portfolio with business strategy to ensure world-class customer satisfaction, mandated compliance, and strong market positioning
Understands nature, nuance, and priority of planned/expected work in both near-term and long-term horizons to allow clearer communication between delivery and portfolio management function, as well as to other relevant stakeholders
Performs predictive analysis to illustrate likelihood of future outcomes based on historical assessment and data intuition while tailoring messaging to serve various/ distinct audiences
Facilitates and drives operational excellence of recurring syncs with key delivery group partners (typically intake, lean portfolio management, or area leadership) to understand current delivery trends and risks/issues
Drives efficient investment, greater profitability, and informed cost avoidance via annual, quarter-over-quarter, and weekly financial, capacity, and adjustment (including variance analysis and optionality recommendation) tracking and reporting
Peer mentoring team members to champion effective lean portfolio management while ensuring cross-training and continuity
Ensures project adherence to Portfolio Governance measures
Utilizes PM tool sets; CA PPM (Clarity), Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), Jira, etc.
Utilizes data visualization tool sets; Looker, Tableau, Excel, etc.
Designs, develops, and implements department wide training and team building as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years of IT and 2+ years of Portfolio/Program governance, management and oversight work experience
A robust understanding of portfolio-level delivery and financial lifecycles, indicators, and corrective actions
High degree of efficiency in data interpretation and penchant for research and analysis of program financial information
Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to navigate and demonstrate success in a highly-matrixed organization
Emotional intelligence to rapidly understand team dynamics and strives to improve team strength
High willingness and drive to continually learn and challenge assumptions or status quo
Large group process improvement and consensus building skills
Excellent Customer relationship management skills and the ability to interface and communicate with many levels

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Agile Experience desired
Average Proficiency in corporate systems (e.g. CA Clarity, JIRA) desired
Average Proficiency in business intelligence systems (e.g. Oracle Business Intelligence, VMAR rostering tool) desired
Average Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Looker/Tableau) desired
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc. strongly desired
Understanding of regulatory landscape and business strategy development desired
This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
