POSITION SUMMARY
The Portfolio Management Analytics Lead Analyst is responsible for continued alignment of portfolio data with cross-functional Service and Execution BPOs, both within PBM Operations and without, as well as key Technology partners. As a part of PBM Ops BPO Portfolio Management’s ultimate goal of managing an overarching list of portfolio priorities, the Portfolio Management Analytics Lead Analyst is responsible for supporting the PBM Operations Portfolio’s financial data management strategy by building a successful data quality audit process and appropriate performance metrics. This role will work with key stakeholders across the Enterprise to execute the vision for how financial data management can help guide our Business partners in achieving their financial targets and our Technology partners in managing capacity planning.
Reporting to the Portfolio Management Director, the Lead Analyst will focus on adhering to established standards and maintaining impeccable data management documentation. The role will also be responsible for executing data requests for complex projects across the Supply Chain, Sales and Regulated Markets portfolios.. This position will blend creativity, analytical and technical competencies, relentless problem solving, and business acumen to deliver solutions that will help our business stakeholders stay informed on the health of the portfolios.
OVERALL PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role is WFH/FLEX, which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $68,100 - $113,500, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
