Our team is encouraged to fully understand the customer's needs and requirements in order to offer them the best mobile and digital solution for their business. We are looking after our "small business" (SMB) clients.
You will act as a trusted advisor to our Small Business (SB) customers, delivering service and support to ensure retention and growth for both mobile and non-mobile services provided by O2. This is a desk-based role and part of a pool of SB account managers. You will improve revenue streams (upselling) digital products and services by receiving and making calls to identify customer needs.
Maintain a customer base that will at all times be within different contract terms and have different requirements.
Sell Telefonica`s product and service portfolio into the customer account base. You will be encouraged to make outbound calls to deliver growth and sales.
Complete and maintain account renewals.
Build positive relationships with customers: set and handle expectations, and provide the best advice.
You will ensure each interaction with a customer is clearly detailed and reflective of any discussion. This will be captured in SF.com to ensure future customer interaction is reflective of previous discussions
