Your tasks

With around 250 employees, the city police are committed to a trustworthy Winterthur. Help to actively shape the further development of our corps in the coming years and support Command Area 2 as a project manager in a small, motivated team with a focus on procurement projects. We are looking for a motivated individual for this exciting position, either immediately or by agreement. In this position you can expect a wide range of tasks:

• Supporting the main department management in planning future projects, completing administrative tasks and carrying out internal controlling tasks
• Independent management of small projects or sub-projects
• Evaluation and procurement of goods and services
• Creation of all necessary documentation for one's own tasks and projects (initialization order, study, status report, project management plan, final assessment, documents for the political process, etc.)
• Perform core police duties

your profile

• Completed training as a police officer (Federal FA/certificate; returnees are welcome)
• Willingness to work in the area of ​​project management and procurement and to continue your education (experience in the commercial area from your first job is an advantage)
• Distinctive organizational flair, high level of accuracy, negotiation skills as well as high communication skills and an effective service mentality
