What will you be doing?
 
• Governance of the Vodafone Project Delivery Lifecycle (VPDL) including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of project and programme deliverables.
• Tracking financial (CAPEX and OPEX) reporting whilst ensuring that the programme and projects adhere to the corporate financial processes.
• Maintaining a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the portfolio.
• Managing change across the programme and sign offs by required stakeholders and track and escalate risks and issues to programme management where resolutions are not achieved.
• Weekly performance reporting to assist senior managers in ensuring projects and progammes remain on track.
• Delivering training to the wider IT Delivery teams on PMO processes and tools.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience within a PMO or Project Analyst role preferably across a mixed portfolio from large transformation to small projects.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to work at all levels within an organisation.
• Budget tracking and maintenance experience.
• Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies desirable.
• Azure DevOps - Demand and Project tracking experience
• SAP financials & Power BI Experience (desirable)
• PM certification (desirable)
