Principal Accountabilities
Perform installation and repairs on all plumbing systems, components, and equipmentPerform scheduled preventive maintenance and complete required documentationInstall and service electric water heaters Locate and repair defective fixtures and pipesAssemble and install showers, sinks, toilets, urinals, and related fixtures Perform installation service and repair on all sewage lines, drainage systems, septic tanks, and leach fieldsInstall all piping for potable and non-potable water production Read and complete daily assignments and work ordersLead and advise assigned helpers Maintain clean and safe work sitePerform other duties as assigned Knowledge & SkillsSkill in proper and safe use of power tools and hand toolsAbility to follow plumbing blueprints and diagramsMust pass English Proficiency TestPrefer working knowledge of plumbing fuel lines to include FARPS Experience & EducationMinimum four (4) years of plumbing experience in maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and construction Hands-on experience in performing installation and repair on potable water lines, sewage lines, fixtures, plumbing appliances, water closet, sinks, showers, traps, water heaters, and pumpsHigh School Diploma or equivalentUS citizens require a Plumbing Journeyman License; Non-US citizens require completion of Apprenticeship or Technical School certificationPhysical Requirements/Working EnvironmentLiving and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortableLong hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditionsPersonnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions
