This is a 12 month maternity cover contract to join our Platform Specialist team, here at Apple Search Ads in London.At Apple don’t just create products — we create the kind of wonder that’s revolutionized entire industries. Apple Search Ads in the App Store, an easy, efficient and incredibly fast-growing platform for app discovery. With over 65% of all app downloads resulting directly from a search on the App Store, Search Ads is quickly becoming the platform of choice for app promotion for iOS developers.

Key Qualifications

  • You will have proven account management experience, operations or other client facing sales support functions.
  • Good understanding of the mobile market and keen passion for the ever-changing digital world.
  • Preferably you will work in or with clients, in the Food and Drink category.
  • Phenomenal collaboration, prioritisation and planning skills.
  • Excel numeric and analytical skills are essential for this role.
  • Clear eye and focus on detail and trends, combined with the aptitude to adapt and react fast to ensure we deliver our clients the best in market service, whilst keeping a cool head under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communications skills, able to listen effectively, socialise ideas across functions and articulate the business visions both internally and externally.
  • Passionate about working across teams, driving a culture of collaboration and shared success.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus but not a must.

Description

This is a hands-on client facing account management role, where you lead, grow and develop our key accounts both existing and new.You will grow a book of business, through making recommendations to clients on how they best optimise their campaigns to hit their business goals whilst also forging a long-term partnership.Our Platform Specialists work collaboratively with Client Partners, who act as our frontline sales team. Drive the right team culture that ensures the business hits its revenue and customer satisfaction targets.Work closely with the marketing and product team to feedback market sentiment on products.The Platform Specialists are critical to the business success and have to be able to combine their skills of analysing data and optimising accounts with the ability articulate this in clear and simple terms with clients directly.
