Our Birds Eye Foods facility in Darien, Wisconsin is looking for you to join our team as a Plant Janitor. This is an entry-level, general labor position. Many of our supervisors started as entry-level employees. The opportunities for growth and development are endless as part of Conagra Brands!

*Starting pay for this position is $15.74 per hour with a .60 cent shift premium. *

What you will be doing: 

• You will maintain offices, cafeteria, corridors, labs, restrooms, all other company premises, in a sanitary condition; but not limited to stripping, waxing, buffing, and scrubbing floors.
• You will clean toilets, urinals, sinks, drinking fountains and vending machines.
• You will tend towel, toilet paper, feminine hygiene, hand sanitizers, soap and hand cleaner and all other dispensers throughout the plant.
• You may change light bulbs and clean fixtures when needed.
• You will maintain accurate inventory and adequate janitorial supplies.
• You will stock and maintain in a neat and orderly manner all janitorial storage areas.

To perform this job successfully:

• You will be expected to learn all plant rules and be willing to abide by them.
• You should be knowledgeable of janitorial equipment and supplies, and their proper use.
• You will need to be able to use simple mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• You must be physically and mentally able to perform all duties.
• You must be trustworthy and able to work with very limited supervision.

Qué vas a hacer:

• Mantendrá las oficinas, la cafetería, los pasillos, los laboratorios, los baños y todas las demás instalaciones de la empresa en condiciones sanitarias; pero no limitado a decapado, encerado, pulido y fregado de pisos.
• Limpiará inodoros, urinarios, lavabos, bebederos y máquinas expendedoras.
• Tendrás toallas, papel higiénico, higiene femenina, desinfectantes de manos, jabón y limpiador de manos y todos los demás dispensadores en toda la planta.
• Puede cambiar las bombillas y limpiar los artefactos cuando sea necesario.
• Mantendrá un inventario preciso y suministros de limpieza adecuados.
• Almacenará y mantendrá de manera ordenada y ordenada todas las áreas de almacenamiento de limpieza.

Para realizar este trabajo con éxito:
