Job Accountabilities

::

• Direct supervisor of skilled labor
• Champion for continuous operations maintenance
• Leader of technical projects and machine maintenance
• Approve/generate and distribute necessary maintenance work orders and requests
• Coordinate with Plant Superintendent to ensure line efficiency performance
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of process improvement projects
• Schedule and implement necessary training for all Maintenance personnel
• Work with contractors to complete outside services on equipment and facilities
• Train and assure outside contractor adherence to company/plant safety protocols
• Develop, coordinate and implement PM & R programs as well as any special maintenance projects
• Review and implement ongoing Maintenance staffing needs and changes
• Utilize E-Maintenance to track parts
• Work with Buyer and vendors to ensure service contracts are managed effectively
• Perform facility audits, schedule work to keep up facility and grounds
• Submit Monthly situation report to Plant Manager

Job Requirements

::

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Five plus years experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
• Lean manufacturing experience a plus
