About the role

Balfour Beatty Vinci has an exciting opportunity for a Plant Administrator to join our team to work in Birmingham.

Role Purpose:

To carry out all insurance associated administration duties to maintain effective operational delivery of the BBVJV Plant & Fleet Optimisation team

What you\'ll be doing

  • Support the delivery of Sustainability activities
  • Managing of documents & data
  • Deliver results by deadlines as required by the contract and project teams
  • Raising and management of R12 purchase order numbers
  • Resolving customer (client) & supplier queries
  • Weekly and monthly processing of management reporting
  • Taking calls, filing, holiday archiving and post
  • Manage group email inbox resolving all queries

We are building the West Midlands section of HS2\'s Phase One route, spanning approximately 90km from Long Itchington in Warwickshire to the centre of Birmingham and on to Handsacre in Staffordshire.
