Function

• Scheduler/Planning Manager for the whole SignAn Project portfolio. The position is based in Norway, and the
activities are performed on sites in Norway.
• Creation of the schedule in Primavera P6, including installation plans from sub-suppliers,
maintenance and progress report every month – both internal and towards the customer.
• Creation and update of the contractor contract baseline
• Detailed schedule for internal purpose, for project specific deliverables
• Weekly follow-up meetings with the customer during installation phases
• Contribution with planning and KPIs updates for management reviews
• Strong coordination with all project stakeholders, and with customer counterpart/interface

Experience (essential)
• Master Primavera P6, Primavera Core Model
• Experience in Project Scheduling of complex projects, preferably within railway project
• Experience in Project Reporting
• Master MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Microsoft Project

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Primavera
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Customer-focused
• Ability to establish and meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent communicator
• Strong planning and delivery orientation
• A positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
• Fluency in English and Norwegian
