What you’ll be doing:
processing planning applications concisely, accurately and in a timely manner
preparing and presenting evidence on appeals
providing high quality professional advice on planning matters to your clients
monitoring of development on site
building good relationships with clients through high quality work
What we’re looking for:
a graduate (or equivalent) with a relevant planning qualification
good understanding of the planning process
exceptional communication and presentation skills and the ability to work with a wide range of clients
the ability to manage your own time and meet challenging deadlines
excellent knowledge and application of planning legislation, regulations and best practice
good IT skills, including experience with database and spreadsheet packages.
