Beginning on October 18th, all U.S. employees (including interns & co-ops) whose roles can only be performed onsite (managers designate these as worksite dependent) must be fully vaccinated or take an at-home self-administered COVID-19 test provided by Cigna twice each week before business-related travel, attending offsite Cigna-sponsored events, or work onsite at one of our owned or leased locations.

As a Data Entry Lead Representative you will be assisting leadership as a subject matter expert for a team of technicians passionate about helping patients obtain all new and refill prescriptions as well as provide support to other pharmacy groups based on business needs.

What you’ll do:

  • Monitor work flow, assist with reassignments, manage daily reporting
  • Handle escalations
  • Review metrics and productivity of team and work with leadership to identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvement  
  • Train, mentor, and provide expert assistance to team on technician processes

What you’ll need:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Pharmacy Technician license/certification preferred
  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong data entry skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations in a professional manner
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues
