As a Pharmacy Operations Representative you would oversee assigned cells on the production floor to ensure that best practices and procedures are followed and implemented for distribution of Cell workload and workflow monitoring for Production Clerks.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure packing work is completed timely and accurately and hourly rates are met
• Serve as the first line resource for questions/issues for Clerks in coordination with supervisor and serve as a back-up to production clerks as needed
• Promote a positive work environment for team that supports high employee morale and job satisfaction
• Accurately operate production equipment to ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met
• Assist in troubleshooting and rectifying issues associated with packing and production equipment
• Share a voice in development of policies and procedures
• Assist Lead and Supervisor in ensuring that established policies and standard operating procedures are being followed and that individual and team goals for productivity and quality are met/exceeded
• Identify and document issues impacting performance of team and provide updates and possible solutions to leadership

What you’ll need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in a pharmacy production floor environment, specifically working in workflow distribution, shipping, mailroom, or related functions
• 1+ years leadership exposure preferred
• Basic computer skills required; MCS Office, Sapphire, and Manifest tracking system experience preferred
• Ability to self-direct and work independently
• Effective communication skills, detail and quality oriented
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate heavy work volumes
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Expected shift for this role will be Sunday – Thursday, 2:30PM – 11:00PM.

This role is Worksite dependent and can only be performed onsite. You must be fully vaccinated if you’re to come onsite OR undergo testing twice a week.
