POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Advisor is responsible for defining and driving Express Scripts Pharmacy communications strategy and initiatives to deliver on communication outcomes for the Customer population. In this role, the Senior Advisor will serve as the owner for Customer communications for specific experiences and related strategic focus on the specific and unique needs of our various delivery channels.
This position serves as a key resource for management of the communication strategy for Customer communications for the pharmacy. May serve as primary point of contact regarding projects with communication impact and facilitate activities with functional areas to oversee delivery of products/services to meet client needs. Responsible for consulting with cross-functional partners on ensuring appropriate delivery of communications, analyzing data to provide content for strategic direction, and managing project plans to execution.

This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $96,300 - $160,500, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
