To be responsible for 1) searching new prospects, generating leads through tele-prospecting for outside sales; 2) inside sales administration work; 3) account retention for all Package Gases business in North China.

China Packaged Gas market (ex hard goods, helium and electronics specialty gases) is a $700 MM business with amenable target for conversion to Package Gases supply estimated at $200 MM. Our intent is to develop a $60 million to $80 million business over the next 5 years in this conversion market segment. The business plan calls for expansion to 10 hubs throughout China with a dedicated and focused sales force and dedicated sales management. We will deploy specialized equipment and resources developed exclusively for this market segment. Â
