Job Description and Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY

To be responsible for 1) searching new prospects, generating leads through tele-prospecting for outside sales; 2) inside sales administration work; 3) account retention for all Package Gases business in North China.

 

DIMENSIONS

China Packaged Gas market (ex hard goods, helium and electronics specialty gases) is a $700 MM business with amenable target for conversion to Package Gases supply estimated at $200 MM. Our intent is to develop a $60 million to $80 million business over the next 5 years in this conversion market segment.  The business plan calls for expansion to 10 hubs throughout China with a dedicated and focused sales force and dedicated sales management. We will deploy specialized equipment and resources developed exclusively for this market segment.  

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  1. Meet or exceed assigned tele-prospecting and lead generation targets
  2. Meet or exceed assigned account retention targets
  3. Provide timely and accurate customer support & ensure all customer service issues are acted upon promptly by responsible operating departments
  4. Maintain proactive outbound customer touches at 5 per day minimum
  5. Maintain all customer activities current within our CRM system
  6. Interface with Package Gases field sales forces and support as needed on new business and territory development opportunities/shows/seminars

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

  1. College education or equivalent required
  2. Minimum 2 years experience in sales administration/customer service/tele-prospecting or relevant field
  3. Competent computer skills in Microsoft office and emails
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  5. Ability to work independently with ex\"Jobcellent communication skills
  6. Good English skills, at least in writing
  7. Good team work
