Head RCO requires a PA to support him in the daily management of his diary, prioritising, booking and amending appointment requests, liaising with the wider stakeholder community and ensuring his daily schedule is maintained. Head RCO also requires assistance in preparing visit packs and itineraries, coordinating dates for visits and arranging clearances for access to restricted locations. Responsibilities also include, liaising with Hogg Robinson Group and Military Transport and other agencies for travel requirements, visas, flight/train/car and accommodation bookings. Additionally, Head RCO requires support in the production/distribution of his internal and external correspondence and invitations. Other routine duties include arranging staff arrival/departure interviews as required, maintaining Head RCO’s hospitality inputs and carrying out general administrative tasks such as printing, filing and photocopying as required including ordering stationary and ensuring all classified documents are recorded and stored correctly.
