The Role

The PI Home Office Talent and Learning team is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for learning, talent and people. As a Performance Consultant, you will demonstrate your learning and consultation experience to engage in scoping, designing, developing, delivering and measuring innovative and engaging learning solutions as part of a broader Talent and Learning Strategy for Home Office PI.

The Value You Deliver

Partner with the business and Talent Partners to understand critical organizational capability needs through assessment & skill gap identification to inform learning priorities and the broader Talent and Learning Strategy for the organization.

Conduct the needs analysis and lead the design of learning solutions across critical skills and targeted role types employing innovating learning multi-modalities and technologies to transform the learner experience – including application, measurement, reinforcement and sustainment.

Develop learning strategies focused on cohort and/or exploratory learning solutions. Champion new learning strategies and solutions. Drive the effective design, development, and delivery of solutions.

Cultivate external industry networks to enhance our thinking to drive innovative thought leadership and experimentation across the Learning ecosystem, leveraging progressive best practices in adult learning principles and in the application of educational technologies to create a world class Learner Experience.

Partner with the broader Talent and HR team to implement the learning initiatives into the organization through integrated planning and communications to illustrate how skill development is part of a broader Talent Strategy and ecosystem.

Embrace a data mindset, establishing data insights to measure the adoption, success and impact of learning experiences.

The Skills You Bring

Ability to understand agile business strategies and translate them into meaningful and compelling learning solutions that are forward thinking and growth oriented.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design with successful application in innovative learning experiences

Track record of influencing and building credibility with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders, including senior and executive business leaders.

Demonstrate strategic and critical thinking capabilities and be able to translate those strategies and ideas into meaningful actions and execute them effectively.

Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and effectively manage multiple complex projects concurrently within a fast-paced environment

Excellent presentation, speaking and, communication (verbal and written) skills; ability to communicate and influence across the organization.

The Expertise You Have

10+ years of experience within a learning and development function, including performance/business consulting, learning management and/or instructional design, program/project management, business expertise, business analytics

Master’s degree preferred or bachelor’s degree with equivalent work experience in business, education, or organizational development

Experience leading and managing multiple large and/or complex projects simultaneously

Please see below for the salary range for work locations in Colorado only:

$85,000 – $150,000

This position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual bonus opportunity.
