Are you looking for an opportunity to use your existing skills in the innovative space of digital assets like Bitcoin? We’re hiring an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) performance consultant to join our rapidly team and help us build the future of financial services.
The Team
As a member of the Enterprise Services Talent & Learning team, you’ll be aligned to the Fidelity Digital Assets organization. At Fidelity Digital Assets, we provide custody and execution services for digital assets, like Bitcoin.
You’ll use your expertise in L&D to serve as a trusted consultant and point of contact for business leaders on all things related to learning. The role of performance consultant is a leadership position where you’ll manage the intake process for new L&D work, define new projects for the team, coordinate implementation, and measure results. At the same time, in our startup culture, you’ll contribute to project work by creating content and facilitating training alongside the rest of the L&D team.
This role may also have direct reports at some point.
The Expertise You Have
Expertise leading large-scale, end-to end-instructional design projects from analysis through evaluation
Expertise in program management
Experience collaborating with senior leaders
Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
Experience mentoring junior associates and peers
Experience with or knowledge of digital assets, especially Bitcoin, preferred
Experience working on an Agile team or with Agile principles, preferred

Strong presentation skills, including executive presence
Strong facilitation skills, especially in a virtual context with tools like Zoom

Ability to lead multiple programs simultaneously

Collaborating with business leaders to proactively identify learning needs and opportunities
Leading the onboarding program for multiple roles
Leading projects from initial scoping through evaluation and ongoing refinement
Coaching and mentoring members of the team
Remaining current with the latest trends in learning and digital assets
