We are looking for a 2 Performance Analyst to join our Customer Experience Design team at the Parliamentary Digital Service (PDS), which sits within the Delivery & Customer Experience Directorate.
The Customer Experience Design Team works alongside other digital and delivery professions such as programme and project managers, change managers, business analysts, content designers, developers, data experts and technologists.
The Performance Analyst team works in collaboration with research, design, delivery, and data professions, alongside stakeholders to deliver customer focussed design solutions for digital projects, products, and services. This role will use insights and analysis to inform evidence-led decision making in design, delivery and strategic contexts.
As a Performance Analyst, you will specify, collect and present the key performance data and analysis for digital products and services and will work to build a robust performance analysis capability. You will be comfortable working with large and complex data sets and have the skills to present and communicate your findings and recommendations to non-technical and technical colleagues. You’ll conduct analysis and support colleagues to articulate and measure benefits and performance across projects, products and services, supporting teams with defining what good looks like. The goals you help to define will reflect strategic aims, customer needs and quality standards. You’ll embed a culture of continuous improvement and build skills and capability through knowledge sharing and coaching.
To be successful in this role you will have:
experience of data analysis, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel, PowerBI, etc), visualisation, and measurement across a range of products and services
Be able to support teams in using insights and analysis to design and deliver customer focussed outputs and give direction on which tools or methods to use.
You understand the legal, privacy, security, and ethical considerations around data collection.
Ability to develop, implement and improve processes. Have good planning and organisational skills to prioritise, meet deadlines and cope with fluctuations in workload
