We have an exciting opportunity for a brand-new role in our structures, where we are looking for a Performance Analyst to join our team where you will be responsible for analysis and insights in the health and performance of premierinn.com, Business Booker and mobile apps. About the role:
The Performance Analyst provides analysis and insight in the health and performance of Whitbread’s digital estate and uses this knowledge with the service delivery, engineering and architecture teams to help guide future development and enhancement of these platforms.
The role is a key part of the Digital Platform Team, working with the engineering, service and Platform Management teams to provide insights, analysis and reports covering the performance of the underlying platform, and its impact on both customers and operations.
The role is key to helping the team proactively manage the technology platforms to allow the delivery of efficient and effective solutions to help Whitbread develop our digital experience for our customers.
