What you’ll achieve
As an Insights & Assessments Consultant, you will be responsible for launching and managing strategic programs and tools with a focus on our employee engagement surveys and conducting & summarizing key research projects (e.g., new ways of working, mergers & acquisitions). The ideal candidate will be able to understand HR, business, research, survey, and assessment data to identify actionable insights for strategic improvements across our talent practices.

You will:
• Lead key activities including but not limited to survey design/measurement, assessment development/validation, and research projects. 
• Identify and interpret trends in data, present findings, and provide recommendations to varying levels of the organization.

• Proactively partner with key stakeholders to address business gaps or opportunities identified through data

• Conduct research for internal and external publication
• Work in a collaborative, agile team with multiple concurrent projects

Essential Requirements
• 6 to 10 years of related experience

• Degree in I/O Psychology or related research or scientific field
• Proficient in using statistical tools for analysis such as Excel and SPSS

• Ability to collaborate, consult, and work in a geographically-dispersed team
• Sound knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of HR and talent management

• Excellent technical aptitude and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines

Desirable Requirements
• Ph.D. in I/O psychology or related field

• Experience with technical writing and/or white papers
