This role is based in the UK and reports to the EMEA People Lead of all Engineering functions. Key accountabilities include:- Partnering closely with key business leaders in several European sites- Participating in weekly/bi-weekly management meetings as part of the businesses leadership team- Engage with business leaders on people strategy and deliver strategy through organisation design and structure, implementation of org changes with support from ER and Legal- Operational People support to employees and managers in different locations and groups- Employee Engagement: Consulting and advising managers and employees on all aspects of employee-related issues, including manager/employee issues, policies & procedures, misconduct, terminations, reorganisations.- Talent & Performance Management: Manage Talent Management Framework end to end. Partner with leadership to deliver talent review & planning activities that will drive performance, identify talent, development capabilities, and build strong succession.- Compensation & Benefits: Advise and support management/recruiting on local and global compensation and benefits initiatives. Partner with the Benefits Team about implementation/changes to benefits offering and process enhancements. Annual compensation review process.- Recruiting: Ensure Recruiting, Talent Planning and I&D strategies are fully integrated. Participate in interview process for management and key hires.- Training & Development: Understand training/development needs and arrange appropriate trainings. Understand personal development needs, supports on-the-job opportunities within the teams, and internally across the company.- Compliance: Partner with relevant specialist functions like payroll, comp services, benefits, and legal to ensure compliance when issues are identified.- Provide guidance and support to US/European LOB People colleagues on country-specific policies, procedures and laws.
