About the role:

We are a business going through Transformation with a capital T! We’ve survived CVA, we made it through the toughest part of the covid pandemic and we’ve successfully bought our colleagues back from furlough, we’re now firmly focused on the future. New Look has an ambitious digital transformation and growth plan, and we are building the people team to support, coach and drive these plans forward.

What we’re looking for is a People Business Partner who is ready to take on the challenge. Ideally, you’ll be available immediately. The role will act as a trusted partner to the Corporate functions based in London and Weymouth, helping deliver a significant business and people transformation agenda whilst taking care of our colleagues day to day people experience.

What will make you the right person to deliver the task at hand.

·      Passion and desire to support colleagues through a time of change.

·      The ability to build relationships that are supportive yet offer perspective.

·      Strong generalist experience in the people space with exposure to leading projects in a change environment.

·      The ability to work with a decentralised wider people team to deliver a consistent people service utilising your communication, influencing, and negotiating skills.

·      A track record of dealing with complex employee relations issues.

·      Ideally you will have experience of working within fast paced environments where each day is different.

·      CIPD qualifications would be desirable but experience is best

·      The ability to travel to both our London and Weymouth support centres as needed is essential. We are offering a hybrid working model but building relationships across the customer group will be essential.
