What you will be doing
As a People Advisor, you will act as senior HRBP and you will work with everything from creating guidelines and processes, managing the yearly salary review process to partnering with our managers throughout the business on a nordic level. At the same time you need to keep the day to day operations running effectively and providing support throughout our business. When the team grows, you will also be leading other HR -representatives in their work.
Reporting directly to our Country Manager in Oslo, you will partner stakeholders all over the organization. You will also work close to our Head of People and Performance Nordics in Stockholm. Your role will be to ensure that the people-perspective always is considered on any agenda within Instabox and that we manage all the challenges associated with a company in hyper growth. In other words, we are looking for someone truly amazing and skilled in the HR field. This role will enable you to use every HR tool you have acquired so far, come up with new innovated ideas and implementing completely new solutions to old problems.

Who you are
We believe that you have at least 8 years of experience in the HR field, preferably in a HRBP positions. The nature of the business you have worked in is not important, but we do prefer experience from organizations that are fast paced and have gone through hyper growth. Furthermore we would like to see evidence of the following in your track record:

• Experience from independently creating and implementing HR processes.
• Experience from partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and supporting as well as challenging them in operational and strategic HR related matters.
• Experience from both blue and white collar
• Experience and proven successful ability to lead others
• Establishing leadership programs and coaching all levels of leaders, both inexperienced and also senior, very experienced leaders
• Being able to work both strategically and operationally with a variety of People tasks.
• Solid labor law knowledge
• Handling normal HR administration, like different kinds of leaves, sick-leaves etc.
• Experience from creating digital training landscapes and working globally with People related aspects.
• Experience from working in a Global organization with a proven ability to drive global processes and global transformation programs.
• Working proactively with working environments and well-being
• Strong Project Management skills.
