Job Description

What you will do:

  • Provide critical operational knowledge support to the project analysts in order to determine requirements.
  • Provide process mapping support to the Business Analysts
  • Act as the knowledge expert for all operational functions
  • Accurately represent the Operations needs to the project team.
  • Validate the requirements and deliverables produced by the Business Analysts
  • Provide input into and/or create and execute user documentation and training material
  • Ensure that work instructions, training material and process map documentation is updated regularly, including version control and review data, in line with audit control measures
  • Provide and manage solutions to issues relevant to project/program deliverable(s) within the area of expertise
  • Act as central escalation point for the referral of complex queries, providing critical knowledge and expertise to aid in resolution
  • Provide scheme knowledge and expertise into the design of training materials, member/employer communications and scheme materials

  • Experience working within pensions
  • Great understanding of teachers’ pensions
  • Ability to influence, support teams, develop and motivate individuals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal
  • Proactiveness, with the willingness to learn
