Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing relationships with a key group of external customers (Employers/Payroll providers)
  • Identifying and developing business relationships with key customers, advocacy groups, key influencers, and senior administration personnel, and establishing self as an expert resource.
  • Providing detailed support and guidance on the employer’s responsibilities to the scheme via online training webinars and face to face seminars (when possible) – this may involve travel across England and Wales
  • Acting as a trouble shooter for customers queries and escalations
  • Being the voice of Customers for the rest of the business and SME on the issues faced by customers  

What we’re looking for:

  • The role requires strong communication and presentation skills in order to engage with the wider business and third parties including CEO’s and Unions.
  • The right applicant will be a problem solver with good listening and questioning skills, able to understand the issues faced by customers
  • Quality of work has to be of a high standard due to the nature of the work being provided.
  • A strong client focus is required as a large part of the role is client based.
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills
  • Prior knowledge of Defined Benefit and/or Public sector pensions
