Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • To create and maintain consistent and accurate scheme records and events.
  • To work within set key performance Indicators and quality standards and to make every effort to achieve these.
  • To provide excellent customer service to all clients, members and third parties in line with service level agreements
  • To complete all tasks using current work procedures 
  • To participate in and promote good team communication.
  • To work towards overall goals of the team in completing administration tasks and achieving excellent customer service in line with procedural and Service Level requirements
  • To support and assist the management team where required in all aspects of service delivery and business support for example, ad hoc projects, auditing, etc.
  • To support less experienced members in the team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in third party Pensions Administration with DB Pensions Schemes is essential
  • Experience in customer services
  • Excellent numeracy skills with a GCSE C or above in Maths or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to achieve targets and work towards deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
