We’re supporting our clients as they adapt to a new world in the wake of COVID-19. We’re now recruiting for roles which will help our clients to deliver vital services and to resume business wherever possible.

Capita are looking for several Pensions Administrators (both full and part time) to coordinate the day-to-day affairs of a group’s pension/retirement program including choosing and administering plan types, record keeping, valuation/reconciliation, various testing/analysis, and required reporting.

Duration of role: permanent- both full time and part time opportunities available

Job Description:

What you will do:

  • Maintain and validate plan records to include census, contributions, claims, reimbursements, investments, insurance and other plan data
  • Provide ongoing valuation, calculation and reconciliation of trust assets for the plan
  • Perform various plan testing to include qualification, discrimination (ADP/ACP) and stress testing to assure participant qualification
  • Prepare pension plan reports in accordance with regulatory, legal, accounting and organizational requirements
  • Provide high level of customer service to pension plan participants and service providers

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent numeracy skills with a GCSE C or above in Maths
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in Administration and customer services
  • Ability to achieve targets and work towards deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
