As a Logic developer, you will be responsible for end to end design and development of Always on Marketing (AoM) solutions. You will apply key design principles to marketing offers, build suitable targeting rules and shape decision strategies. You will create, run, monitor and review marketing offers, responding to changing business priorities which may culminate in re-prioritising offers or refining offer targeting.
What will you be doing?
• Responsible for design, build and initial test of retention decision logic within the upgrades framework to achieve commercial aims and maximise customer experience
• Work with retention stakeholders to translate business requirements from a brief into a suitable decision strategy
• Responsible for triage of logic issues and supporting the business to understand operational decision queries (e.g. why was a customer presented with a certain offer)
• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and updates to the retention toolkit personalised eligibility, special offers for customers, rules for teams or channels, special offers on certain products or product combinations.
• Main point of contact with the Retention Marketing Segment and Technology representatives for thought leadership and project direction.
Who are we looking for?
• Proficent in use of Pega Marketing – building strategies, using data pages, managing meta data etc.
• Solid understanding of structured query language (SQL) for manipulating data from a large data warehouse
• Stakeholder management – widely regarded and consulted as the expert in inbound Pega retention including the high level architecture and available capabilities
• Project management - Able to run complex projects and provide detailed subject matter expertise
• Understand commercial drivers for consumer Retention activity and impacts on customers
