Job Title:  Provider Data Senior Representative

This position will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for Providers by successfully getting Provider contracted, credentialed and demographically loaded into Cigna-HealthSpring’s multiple systems.  This will be accomplished through providing support to Network Operations staff to ensure best in class loading of contract data and acting as a subject matter expert of Provider onboarding, by providing excellent customer service and training.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination and tracking of Provider credentialing.
• Responsible for the loading of Provider data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare provider networks, contracting and credentialing requirements, contracts, and terminology.
• Experience with the Provider onboarding process, system applications, and procedures.
• Detail oriented, with proven time management and organization skills (including the ability to engage in multiple tasks and meet deadlines/standards).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation. 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
