Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Bachelor or Master's degree in: Electrical, Mechanical, Computer or Chemical Engineering (or other related degree and/or work-related experience)

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES:

5+ relevant years of work experience, required

Background in making/process technologies (or desire to learn)

Experience with PC&IS technologies including instrumentation, valves, motor control, code compliance, etc...

Capable with FTView & RSlogix 5000 programming environments

Basic Networking, Virtualization, and Cybersecurity awareness

Understanding (or willingness to learn) connections to IT layer systems (Proficy, SAP, etc...)

Experience and desire to lead new technology platforms and work across multiple organizations and sites

Demonstrated Self-starter with the initiative/drive to identify the needs of the business without needing to be directed
