We’re looking for a Payroll Manager to join the team and take the lead on running the payroll process for the organisation. This is a newly built role allowing the opportunity to join at the beginning and be part of constructing the process witth our outside payroll partners. You will lead the monthly payroll for 10 countries with regular interaction with the HR, Finance and Legal team!

What you'll do

  • Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Ensures accurate processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates according to agreed Service Level Agreements. Main point of contact for day-to-day EMEA payroll operations.
  • Lead third party provider relationships across the region to maintain compliance with country specific payroll processes, tax/legal requirements and service expectations.
  • Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures including the centralisation of the payroll function.
  • Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
  • Improve the efficiency of links between payroll, HRIS and other HR tooling to drive continuous improvement
  • Main HR point of contact for audits.

What you'll need:

  • Strong work experience of EMEA payroll, finance or within EMEA is required including timesheet management.
  • Experience in managing third-party payroll vendor(s) in multiple countries.
  • Prior experience in a multi-country, high volume, fast-paced payroll environmentAbility to provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
  • Solid attention to detail and discretion, able to work confidentially
  • Ability to work independently and well under pressure
  • Fluent in english, any other european language is a plus
