WELCOME TO THIS SELECTION PROCESS OF OUR PAYROLL EXECUTIVE, THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN THE CANDIDATE ARE:

-Professional training: Bachelor of Accounting / Bachelor of Administration.

-Minimum 2 years experience required for the job.

-Payroll calculations and settlements.

-Knowledge in LFT.

-SUA, IDSE, CONTPAQ, PAYROLL ERP, EXCEL.

-Types of remuneration schemes.

-Treatment and customer service.

-Drafting.

Activities to be carried out:

-Customer service and follow-up.

-Attention to clarifications.

-Balance of balances vs accumulated general payroll for the monthly balance of settlements and payroll in general.

-Preparation of accumulated fortnightly savings fund.

-IMSS confrontations.

-Preparation of settlements.

-Generation of CXC, Savings Bank, Billing, ISN, IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot reports.
