Position Overview:
Financial Analyst is responsible for processing weekly payroll and providing financial support to the Lehigh Plant.  The primary function of this position is to support the Planning and Analysis (P&A) of the plant, as well as serve as the commercial finance decision support to the plant Finance Manager.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

Payroll

• Process payroll timely and accurately for 200+ employees
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Thoroughly audit payroll reports each pay period

Financial Reporting

Compile and analyze the following financial reporting on a weekly and monthly basis

• Forecast Labor and Benefit costs, Maintenance and Repair spend, Packaging Material usage, and other Cost Categories
• Supplies reporting and trend analysis
• Daily Utility Usage Tracking
• Open Purchase Order Report and Analysis

Procurement

• Responsible for ordering and maintaining stock of office supplies and Coca-Cola branded apparel
• Primary contact for uniform servicing

Stewardship of Compliant Internal Control Environment

• Weekly and monthly payroll auditing
• Weekly reconciliation of payroll
• Completion of Internal Audits
• Verification and Reporting on various Internal Control Items

Ad Hoc Financial and Operational Analysis

• Prepare reporting to analyze OT trends
• Productivity initiative; saving realization
• Special Projects

Other Duties

• Deposit checks to appropriate GL Accounts
• Coordinate receipts and deposits for employee sales
• Assist with recruiting and job fairs
• Toner recycling
• Backup Support for Attendance, Plant Administration duties, Process Order completion

Education Requirements:

•    Bachelor‘s Degree in related field, preference in Finance or Accounting or

•    Bachelor‘s Degree in other field with 3-5 years AP Experience

Related Work Experience:

•    Min 3-5 years of financial experience, payroll, and/or accounting

•    Bachelor‘s Degree in other field with 3-5 years AP Experience

Functional Skills:

•    Business and Financial Acumen

•    Strong Analytical skills

•    Strong Excel modelling abilities and PowerPoint proficiency

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•    Experience in scenario planning and analyzing new business opportunities

•    Ability to adapt to change and perform under pressure

•    Strong accountability and result oriented

•    SAP, Kronos, Workday, or UltiPro experience would be a plus
