Delivering excellence as an Payroll Advisor within Capita HR Solutions:

We currently have an exciting role for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our fast paced Belfast based team as a Payroll Advisor. Whilst our team are based in Belfast, you can be based anywhere in the UK as this role is fully supported as a home-based opportunity.

You will be administering payroll for our clients and providing a world class customer service experience, this role is at the heart of what we do.

The right person for this role will be organised, accurate, customer focussed and have the ability to work well in a team. This is a great opportunity if you are keen to learn and progress within a Payroll position.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintaining your own clients and ensuring that all payrolls are accurate and completed on time
  • Responsibility for the end to end payroll process
  • Producing reports for your clients and their payroll
  • Providing administrative, advisory and systems support to an exceptional standard
  • Checking and maintaining all reports, payroll files, pension administration, auto-enrolment processes to make sure they are all completed accurately and on time
  • Liaising with clients and other third parties to resolve any queries

What we’re looking for:

  • Ideally, you will have previously worked within a Payroll, Pensions admin, or processing role previously
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
