Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Delivering excellence as a Payroll Administrator within Capita HR Solutions:

We currently have a number of exciting roles join our busy and friendly Belfast based team for experienced Administrators or individuals looking to take their first steps into a Payroll Administration role. In these roles administering payroll for our clients and providing a world class customer service experience is at the heart of what we do.

The right person for this role will be organised, customer focussed, willing to learn and have the ability to work well in a team!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Advancing your administration career or taking your first steps into a career in payroll.
  • Maintaining employee attendance and productivity records and managing time off and payroll systems.
  • Assisting with computations, withholding, and deductions associated with net earnings.
  • Ensuring the quality, integrity and timeliness of payroll reports, management reviews, and other analytical reports.
  • Be part of a team of dedicated Payroll professionals focussed on getting our customers paid accurately and on time each payroll cycle.
  • Helping our customers resolve their payroll problems and queries through a variety of channels (including telephony, e-mail, webchat, etc…)
  • Always seeking opportunities to create better outcomes and experiences for our customers.

What we’re looking for:

  • Ideally a proven track record in administration or customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience with IT
  • A willingness to learn
