Join us to make it happen Patient Safety LeadAs a Patient Safety Lead, you will be part of the Global Safety Risk Management organization (PDS) and will be responsible for leading the Patient Safety team in Brazil and enabling, through servant leadership, an effective and transparent local Pharmacovigilance & Device vigilance system, the advancement of the Patient Safety strategy and catalyzing the development and maturity of a self-managed team.
in this leadership role, you will
• Develop and implement local Patient Safety strategy, ensuring active contribution, partnership with local and global stakeholders and impact by the Patient Safety team to the Roche Farma's vision• Demonstrate Creative Leadership competencies and play the roles of Visionary, Architect, Catalyst and Coach; developing and empowering Roche employees to innovate, collaborate, be authentic and own their impact. Through development of the team members, you will maintain a ready pool of talent to be drawn upon by squads and work streams to deliver on Roche Brazils short and long-term priorities• Implement and maintain an effective local PV system for Brazil to ensure ongoing compliance with global Roche and local legal / regulatory authority PV requirements• Ensure oversight of all aspects of the local PV system. This includes consistency in process execution, monitoring of the performance of the local PV system, proactive identification of actual or potential compliance gaps, and ensuring appropriate action is taken (including escalation to local and global senior management, as applicable) to prevent or resolve compliance issues. for this roles, your experiences are• Passionate about Patient Safety, and understanding of Pharmacovigilance & Medical Devices Vigilance - You are a HCP, or PhD in life sciences, Master in Public Health / Pharmaceutical Medicine, etc.• Significant experience relevant to PV in an affiliate setting.• Experience in other affiliate medical functions (e.g., Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Medical Information) or global clinical product development, clinical safety is considered advantageous.• Fluent in Portuguese and English
