Orchard (Sherwood)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate patient care assistant to join the team. You will work alongside a team of vets and nurses, ensuring that we continue to deliver excellent customer service and client care. Experience within a similar role preferred and this opportunity allows for a great work/life balance in a very rewarding field.

This is a full time position working an average of 40 hours a week - varied shifts each week to cover from 8am to 7pm - and will include every 2nd Saturday 8.30am – 12.30pm.

This position is in line with National Minimum Wage and includes benefits.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Nursing care to patients.
• Preparation of emergency and operating facilities.
• General cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Running internal lab samples.
• Answering phone calls and dealing with incoming enquires along with troubleshooting emergencies.
• Serving clients and taking payments.
• Providing a friendly, efficient and effective service to clients.
