We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated individual who is passionate about animals, to become part of our wonderful team as a PCA at Joel Veterinary Clinic.

You will need to be able to work in a busy and sometimes fast paced environment, multi-task and be reliable!

Full/Part-time hours available for the right candidate. Shifts may vary and you will be part of a weekend and bank holiday rota. Experience within the veterinary industry is ideal, and animal handling would be beneficial for this role.

Daily tasks may involve:

• Restraining and handling small animals,
• Cleaning and maintaining ward accommodation,
• Laundry,
• Feeding and walking animals,
• Preparation of theatre instruments,
• Maintaining clean and tidy surgeries,
• Completing daily, weekly and monthly cleaning/re-stocking tasks,
• Assisting Vets and Nurses
• Reception duties
• Laboratory work
