The Parts and Accessories Marketing Program Manager is responsible for overall delivery of marketing initiatives such as new product launches and promotional campaigns for the P&A division. The role interfaces and collaborates with key stakeholders within Marketing and cross-functional clients such as Sales and Product Management. 

This is a key position within the Brand and Digital Marketing Team and reports to the Senior Program Marketing Manager. To succeed, the P&A Marketing Program Manager must capably guide delivery of multiple projects in parallel, collaborate, provide acute attention to detail, nurture productive cross-functional relationships, and embrace the spirit of continuous capability improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as primary point of contact for Marketing with the Product Management Teams to develop consumer-centric product marketing programs.
  • Coordinate with Sales to ensure sufficient lead time and clarity of objectives to ensure successful delivery of marketing support for promotional campaign and retail initiatives.
  • Develop holistic, effective marketing plans for new and existing P&A products to increase lead generation and inbound Marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and cultivate productive, collaborative relationships with members of Category Management, Parts & Accessories, and Sales teams to identify marketing needs, document requests, broker prioritization choices, and ensure alignment on success factors.
  • Project manage P&A Marketing initiatives for timely, on-budget execution against stated objectives.  Leverage insights from project portfolio to improve executional effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Communicate progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions as necessary to increase probability of successful delivery of key initiatives.
  • Maintain and champion use of formal process and project management solutions for Marketing team and cross-functional partners.
  • Broker and facilitate collaborative work sessions to align cross-functional teams on objectives, utilizing input from the group, highlighting trade-off choices, and ensuring feasibility based on available resources.
  • Manage relationships with both internal and external creative partners to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Act as P&A brand expert to ensure proper brand representation in all materials.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Diplomatically assertive, able to persuade while building trust and confidence.
  • Legacy of accomplishment working with people at all levels to deliver business results.
  • Experience leading staff and outside resources (agencies, freelancers, consultants), blending strategic perspective with a focus on implementation excellence.
  • Creative, decisive, collaborative, responsive, able to work independently and take responsibility for decisions and outcomes. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is required.
  • 4 or more years of marketing experience including a track record of successful product launch, direct-to-consumer and retail marketing campaigns is required.
  • Previous experience in a leadership capacity is required.
