Responsibilities

This role has responsibility for the following:

• Lead the team to deliver Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through partner marketing campaigns aligned to our priorities as well as increase partner engagement.
• Coach and manage the team through regular 121s and Connects, utilise feedback to improve performance of the team and effectively manage workload.
• Manage the UK Partner Marketing Concierge team to ensure that they support both scale partners and resellers with their marketing plans
• Be an active member of the Extended Leadership community and share best practice
• Work across the business to agree the Partner marketing priorities aligned to business objectives across each solution area and agree required outcomes from any investment.
• Own the transformation of key partners for Microsoft to ensure that they are set up to drive cloud revenue growth through impactful digital Marketing campaigns.
• Increase partner engagement with Microsoft through a strong communication plan using multiple marketing channels
• Provide regular Insights on partner impact and report on partner GTM ROI performance and recommend courses of action to help drive accelerated growth.
