Strategy Building
• To be the face of Cisco marketing to identified partners in your country, advocating for Cisco’s strategic vision, overall marketing strategy and local execution.• Manages marketing engagement with assigned partners - to support and drive towards commercial goals.• Add value to the Cisco/Partner relationship, and be seen as a 'trusted adviser' and enabler.
Activation
• Act as a Marketing Consultant to partners, driving demand generation activities for Commercial and Small Business segments.• Supervise execution of co-marketing activities by partners and/or vendor agencies. Engage internal resources (Partner Digital team, Architecture marketing leads, operations) when/where relevant for campaign execution in an integrated and sustainable model.
Enablement
• Acts as source of expertise on all Cisco marketing tools and procedures - both for partners and internally.• Drive awareness of Marketing Velocity platform, including an integrated curriculum of training and communications to drive usage of content and campaigns (on MV Central)• Understand, drive usage and manage execution of Cisco’s Demand Generation Services as a part of Cisco’s co-marketing offering to partners through pan-EMEAR marketing agencies.• Enhance Partner marketing skill set, leveraging and shaping the Marketing Velocity Learning program to develop digital marketing skills as required for your Partners.
Measurement
• Monitor partner lead status and volume to ensure activity leads are uploaded as soon as an activity is completed. Drive early adoption from partners to ensure leads are current and available in our systems asap.• Measures and reports on all marketing investments including Marketing Velocity Funds (MVF), Perform Plus, Commercial Big Bets, Big Bets & Quick Bets - share as appropriate with relevant stakeholders.• Tracks the impact of our marketing efforts with Partners, reviewing performance and investments to optimise our marketing collaborations.• You are hungry to collaborate, eager to learn and grow (professionally and personally), together with the country and regional marketing team to provide an outstanding experience to our partners in the country.• You have 5+ years of professional marketing experience from strategy to execution in a highly driven digital environment• You demonstrate wide and proven experience in the digital marketing mix and therefore are able to consult and advice Partners on their marketing strategy and execution, to drive pipeline growth• Tracking and monitoring performance of campaigns• Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to work in an international virtual team with marketing, sales and product specialists and with business partners• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in German and English• Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to influence at a senior level• Highly organized, goal-oriented, self-starter finisher comfortable with running multiple projects to have a significant impact on business success• You are a fan of tools and processes to measure and track end to end from budget planning and delivery of execution to results along Cisco’s marketing process and KPIs• An affinity with technology and understanding of B2C and B2B Commerce
