Pay360  are currently looking for a ISV Partner Development Manager to hunt & develop new ISV channels, which will help grow our exciting new Payment Facilitation solution. You will be responsible for developing a new partner eco-system consisting of ISV’s. system integrators (SIs), value added resellers (VARs), specialist consultancies and implementation partners across the UK. Working within the Pay360 partner team, you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle including prospecting target ISVs, pipeline and opportunity development and contracting and closing the deal.  You will also be responsible ensuring the successful on-boarding of new partners to help execute the company’s growth strategy. This role will encompass all aspects of partner and channel sales management, from supporting partner sales enablement, defining co-marketing activities & ensuring that the partnership delivers & win/win for both Pay360 & our partner ISVs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Primary focus – net new business development to enable ISV transaction and revenue growth with our payment facilitator (Evolve) platform.
  • Prospecting to selected target markets, building a strong pipeline, opportunity management and closing/contracting sales to meet annual targets.
  • Maintaining CRM (salesforce) to the required level of detail
  • •Providing monthly reports to management
  • Working under the guidance of the Sales Manager on strategic, complex partner opportunities
  • Representing Pay360 by payments business at clients/partners premises, trade shows, industry events, conferences and seminars as required – specifically ensuring Pay360 is highly visible in all the of relevant industry bodies
  • Working with other parts of Pay360 to help ensure a successful on-boarding and maximizing partner transaction revenue.
  • Adhering to the Pay360 sales governance process to ensure pricing and commercial terms are acceptable to Pay360.
  • Providing feedback to Pay360 on product development and market opportunities

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of new business payments experience specifically in gateway and/or acquiring
  • Knowledge of the ISV market and ideally relationships which can present immediate opportunities for growth
  • Demonstrable ability to identify, prospect and close new business over a number of years exceeding targets
  • Ability to deliver high quality product presentations to diverse audiences
  • Eloquent and comfortable communicating with a wide range of people, from shop floor to C level
  • Experience in dealing with contracts from a legal and commercial perspective
  • Proficient with the use of all “standard” Microsoft products.
  • Ability to formulate a business plan for new ventures/partnership programs based upon fact and sound commercial judgement
  • Comfortable with partnership contracts – ensuring documents present clarity of expectations and activity
  • Comfortable working remotely, independently and in virtual teams
