Staffing Coordinator

Human Resources Department

This is a part time, remote role

 Position Summary:

We are actively seeking a professional candidate with excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a strong attention to detail to contribute to the overall success of a fast-paced team in ADM’s Staffing department. The ideal candidate enjoys multi-tasking, including support of a team of Staffing Specialists to drive recruitment and hiring strategies within multiple business units at ADM. We are looking for someone who is highly polished, motivated, and strives to exceed expectations. The Staffing Coordinator serves as an entry point to ADM’s Staffing talent pipeline and is an excellent opportunity for colleagues to gain experience in the recruitment function.
 
This is an opportunity to:
 

  • Establish a foundational level of knowledge regarding ADM’s staffing philosophies and processes
  • Gain exposure and build relationships with key business partners throughout the organization  
  • Understand trends impacting Staffing performance, candidate sourcing and market intelligence and form recommendations for review by Senior leadership
  • Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Streamline processes for efficiencies
    Job Responsibilities: 
  • Facilitate the recruiting process by providing support to a team of recruiters across multiple lines of business
  • Support recruiters with all core staffing processes
  • Generate job postings based on job descriptions and specific hiring manager needs
  • Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate travel arrangements, when necessary
  • Assist in developing sourcing strategies for recruiters using traditional sources as well as current market trends
  • Assist in project work focused on implementing tools and capabilities that will allow the Staffing team to support the business with faster processes and high confidence candidates
  • Participate in evaluating and updating branding and marketing materials with a focus on social media presence
     Job Requirements: 
  • Working knowledge of Outlook and standard Microsoft Applications, expertise in Power Point is preferred; Power BI is a plus
  • Must be able to collect, analyze and portray data in such a way that allows Senior leadership to make critical decisions on Staffing strategies
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities in an organized fashion and work well under pressure
  • Demonstrated sound decision making ability and creative problem solving
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Show creativity with a desire to learn and grow
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and contribute to the enhancement of the department
  • Must demonstrate adaptability, confidentiality and strong communication skills
  • Experience working with applicant tracking system is a plus but not a requirement
  • Prior work in HR or event management experiences is preferred
