Southdown (Hove)

Due to expansion we are looking to recruit a part time RVN to join our team at Southdown Veterinary Group!

Your new role will be working between both of our sites (Hove and Southwick) alongside a team of other forward thinking SVN's, RVN's and patient care assistants. As our new Registered Veterinary Nurse your role will be focused around providing excellent patient and client care, with the support of the vet and nursing team. The usual nursing duties will be encouraged to include anaesthetics and nurse clinics, with development to undertake schedule 3 procedures. We will consider experienced and newly qualified candidates with a passion for learning and supporting our student nursing team through clinical coaching.

We are looking for someone that is keen to participate in continued learning through quality improvement, journal clubs and ongoing training. We pride ourselves in our clinical governance framework and encourage full team engagement.

Your working hours are between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday with a share in the 1:5 Saturday rota (8am-12pm). So how many hours will you be working? Well we have up to 25 hours per week available and we are happy to discuss how part time looks to you ! Let us know whether you prefer to work longer shifts over less days or like to spread your hours over 5 days.
