Meter reading is an important service to ensure our utility clients\' customers all receive accurate bills.

What we offer:

• Flexibility: The workweek is 20 - 29 hours between 8 AM-5 PM, Monday through Friday, with a minimum availability of 4 days per week.

• Possibilities: Flexible scheduling that allows working in conjunction with school, another job, or personal free time.

• Starting pay: $12/hr. with the opportunity of earning up to $13.40/hr. with an earned incentive.

• Matching 401K available upon hire.

• Mileage reimbursement: for use of personal vehicle.

• Training: Extensive training is provided,

• Equipment: Uniforms, shirts and boots are provided.

Challenges:

• Twist, balance, squat, bend and kneel

• Lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds

• Carry a hand-held computer with a weight of up to 3 pounds for continuous periods

• Reach forward, laterally, and overhead

• Climb hills and stairs

Key skills and responsibilities:

• Walk to read assigned route

• Social and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED

• Valid Driver\'s License with no more than 4 points

• Reliable transportation

• Vehicle insurance

Prior meter reading experience is not required
