Responsibilities

Accountabilities:

• Manage sales floor to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Ensure assigned store teams consistently utilize company selling model to actively engage and connect our customers with the Sam Edelman brand
• Exhibit a passion and enthusiasm for the brand, ensuring timely execution of in-store promotions consistent with company brand standards
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to encourage growth and development, actively identifying opportunities to promote from within
• Foster a professional and safe work environment where individuals are respected and recognized for their contributions
