Job Description

• Train and develop a service-oriented team to provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor / manage the various dispatching software, telematics program, etc.
• Oversee the vehicle Maintenance and DOT regulations. 
• Oversee the upkeep of records storage.
• Assist Branch Manager in monitoring and forecast financials to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
• Assist in promotion of Passenger Services.
• Implement company policies and procedures consistently.
• Hire and Schedule employees to ensure proper coverage and smooth operations.
• Attend, participate, produce and report on the multiple aspects of the operation as well as conduct meetings with various levels of management.
• Assist in route and driver training.
• Effectively communicate procedural changes, route schedule changes to various shift drivers in deployment of site safety, operational and customer service oriented standards.
• Work hours scheduled in accordance with the campus calendar.
• Perform other related functions, as assigned.
   

Minimum Requirements

• Three years Transportation management experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple Projects and Tasks and work independently.
• Excellent written and computer skills – experience with Microsoft Word and Excel a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver license and safe driving record.
