 As Panametrics Americas Head of Commercial Operations , you\'ll be involved in customer facing deal making for the Panametrics Business. As a Panametrics Americas Commercial Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of commercial operations professional (primarily application engineers); managing capacity across the regional team, driving on time completion of bids, validating quality of proposals and developing future regional business leaders.
• Managing commercial proposal specialists and co-ordinate teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
• Developing proposals; negotiating with customers; ensuring deals deliver shareholder value; driving competitive pricing.
• Supporting complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used

Fuel your passion
 To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s Engineering degree from an accredited university or college in an appropriate discipline or equivalent qualification and experience.
• Have a minimum of 10+ years relevant work experience ideally in Commercial Operations, Contracts, Engineering or Equivalent role with Customer Facing elements.
• Have detailed Technical knowledge / expertise of Panametrics or similar products / business.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills (English).
